There is a lot of politics in the management and the people who are crushed in all of this are the regular associates, the growth is negative. People managing the company do not the work of the associates or how to manage the company.

Initially the hopes were high, work was good but sooner I realised my time was mis utilized and the work given to us was mere a temp job doesn't suit your job description.

B&V is the only organisation wherever there is a lot of importance given to professional's personal development, behaviours, trainings and safety other than routine work. A very good organisation to work with which is a more than 100 year old employee owned multinational company.
