Very big resposibility but the experience was even bigger. Colleagues were very supportive and the work exposure was too broad and I was able to explore myself in every possible way.

Appraisal. Only promotion granted but salary was not hiked after giving the assurance

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
