Internal egoistic ,looks like religious politics and concerned about personal flattery more then performance of individual. Myself was victim of his egostic issues always specifically at time of performance appraisals and increments .

It was closed company managed like a rifted disgrunted joint family after father death ..with common kitchen ..whole operation were based on ego mistrust and i can rate them as profesionaly unprofesionalism without any culture Mr.Prasant tyagi seems to the one who is acting as cat between two monkey brothers ....a egostic and undeclared owner of the group ....increments are not performance based but relationship i.e.chamchagiri bases .....they have potential those who left them from management level are running their companies or other corporates better then these brothers ...in nutt shall they have capability but nexus of tyagi will never let them grow.....check with mr deepak gupta to name some...Read More

BL Kashyap & Sons Limited is living in feudal era , The senior management in their south region & their 2nd in command at projects are behaves like feuds and they expect that anyone coming under them is their slave . Even though they are not well educated cant even hold a good conversation & corrupt to the very core of themselves they think that they are some kind of superhero. No chain of command , No proper execution plan , No vision , No strategy , No Respect. This company specially the owners must understand that the time has changed , No young guy like me want to work in such a toxic environment where everyone is back stabbing everyone . The new generation is full of aspirations they want to contribute but the senior people here are the primary hurdle , they are saturated in every sense and just want to do usual things , most of them I listen saying " 3-4 saal me retire hona hai jaisa hai chalta rahane do" how a person full of aspiration can work under such saturated person . One thing I like to suggest to the owners of this company (if they read these reviews) at least if you cant remove your senior people teach them how to talk without abusing to a person, teach them how to behave , teach them what a good conduct is , teach them integrity , .... and last but not least ... teach them basics of computer operation, how can u expect a project manager does'nt even work on a very basic spread sheet in these times....Read More
