The owners have no clue of what is happening in the company but they are actually busy in reviewing hotel saloons and their personal pets. They treat pets as family but their employees as servants. One of them had an incident with uber/Ola and was very sound full about it on social media but was zipped when he was laying off his employees as they made a booboo of hiring an illogical Sales head who was supposed to take them to IPO but paved his way brilliantly to non profitability for them but now they are cutting costs by removing worthy candidates to save themselves . Founders are highly immature when it comes to dealing with people. Moreover they have employed CXO's also who do only lip service & not aware of ground realities like founders. Founders have been really courageous to take a plunge in this unique space hence got such good funding. They also managed to build amazing team & leaders in 2016-2019 which led to good growth. But then success gotten into their head & 2 of the main founders became extremely arrogant. They had very well experienced Business Heads, who were veteran & skilled. But founders didn't learn from their experience rather went against them. They kicked & misjudged in reading loyal people in the name of multiple team restructuring. That resulted in entry of people (At far far higher salaries than they deserve) from 2019 onwards who dis nothing but lip service & played politics to get rid of existing team from Top to bottom, just to safeguard their vested interests.
