Don't believe the great place to work certification if you are joining the photo or the video department. Major concerns of the editors are long working hours, no freesom of creativity, editors can easily be replaced in an instant, always mass hiring. The concerns of the people are not considered so everyone is upset in the company. Policies are designed in a way so that the editors are held responsible for everything. There will be mass resignations coming in some time as the tenured employees are not considered an asset. Learning for new video editors in the American wedding sector Permanent wfh scenario, flexible time (you decide when you want to work most of the time). Timings are fixed but you can work at your convenience. Job security for any role other than photo and video editors

No insurance at all! HR is extremely unprofessional. Try to speak a lot about work culture and empathy, but in reality dont care at all. Editors work long hours and can often have back problem, neck problem or eye pain due to oveer working on screens. No coniseration fo their health. Some times, employees need only 1 day's rest for weakness or backache. They harass employees for medical certificates. They dont understand you only need a day's rest and sometimes especially in India people dont go to doctor for minor illnesses. One day's rest can prevent a long term injury. The pay is so low that the cost of medical certificate vs. Losing out a day's pay is same. HR is small minded and need to stop acting like 90s HR. My senior was randomly fired along with some other members. The down sizing was done in a verry bad way! HR at the time of hirring commited to a payement then 2 days later called and reduced the offr, I took the job because I needed money. Diwali bonus is literally 1000 rupees, thats it. No sweets, no gifts, 1000 rupees - chanda hai kya? HR Himani is particularly high headed. Recruitment HR Vidya cannot be trusted with the offers. Internal coordination in recruitment team regarding what offers to make is poor. HR will have monthly calls with you and ask unnecessary personal questions and put it on record under the garb of concern but will eventually use it against you. Horrible Leave policy. In Bizbox Publishing work culture is terrible. There is no work life balance. No support from your managers. They will give you double responsibilities with unreasonable targets. I will not recommend anyone to join this company.
