Major concerns of the editors are long working hours, no freesom of creativity, editors can easily be replaced in an instant, always mass hiring. The concerns of the people are not considered so everyone is upset in the company. Policies are designed in a way so that the editors are held responsible for everything. There will be mass resignations coming in some time as the tenured employees are not considered an asset.
