Don't believe the great place to work certification if you are joining the photo or the video department. Major concerns of the editors are long working hours, no freesom of creativity, editors can easily be replaced in an instant, always mass hiring. The concerns of the people are not considered so everyone is upset in the company. Policies are designed in a way so that the editors are held responsible for everything. There will be mass resignations coming in some time as the tenured employees are not considered an asset. They will be repramanded if they raise any issues with the management and be called 'culturally unfit' to work with the organization....Read More
