HR well not sure whether actually is a HR or not. They should be rather into politics rather than managing a growing organization. HR treats nightshift's as a labour class where they should be equally treated as people working in day shift in the organization.

I am a physically challenged in this company and I have never ever found any challange in the organization on the contrary Manager, Deepak Tyagi is such a nice human being. I have seen him going to employee's family death rituals and going to hospital to look after. This is called truly employee centric companies. I have worked in many big organizations in the past these companies are employee centric only on paper just to show thier brand value off the paper these companies are like dictator. This company is not good for the people who do not like work otherwise everything is excellent here.
