Micro management, can't approve leaves even sick leave also, target the particular employee and mentally harsh them. Selected people are promote who is close to management. If work flow is less so divert the flow towards target employee and other are chilling around. If anything blunders happens so impose fake allegations to target employee. I'm associated with biz2credit for past 2 years, - it's great place to work - lots of growth opportunities. - Not a place for doodles. - Manager and TLs are helpful and fully supportive. - Good payout. - Best management in covid 19 scenario, there were no fire of employees until and unless they make unethical practices and blunders.
