I am working with Biz2Credit since last more than 9 years. I really like the working environment in Biz2Credit and my teammates are very nice and also good suppotive. Biz2Credit has a healthy environment, good learning opportunities, and a good pay scale. I have gained good experience working with Biz2Credit.

Biz2Credit provides great learning opportunities for freshers to grow, especially in data science and machine learning, the domain learning is phenomenal As you grow you get to work on projects which are key to the company. Company do provide freedom in areas

My previous manager was really good at encapsulating and absorbing the company's toxicities. Currently, my manager has no IQ and no EQ. There is no growth environment, personally or professionally. Even when you're working on a good project, you won't learn much as the leadership has no idea about what's required or what's good.

I am a physically challenged in this company and I have never ever found any challange in the organization on the contrary Manager, Deepak Tyagi is such a nice human being. I have seen him going to employee's family death rituals and going to hospital to look after. This is called truly employee centric companies. I have worked in many big organizations in the past these companies are employee centric only on paper just to show thier brand value off the paper these companies are like dictator. This company is not good for the people who do not like work otherwise everything is excellent here. -Biz2Credit is following hire and fire strategy. Management forces employees to resign or else blackmails to issue termination letter. This comes with zero severance and zero notice pay. -Some teams have 15 to 20 employees, as a result of which, your individual contribution is never highlighted or appreciated. - The management is extremely biased, not only with employees, but also with locations. - There is an irritatingly extreme level of micro-management within the company.
