First of all, would say that the Management and the Principal are very efficiently selected and so very understanding about the staff working in the instituition. They cater to the needs of the staff as well as students which help in team building as well as in improvising the infrastucture. When they feel a low in efficiency, they help to regain the same. There is salary hike on a regular basis.This makes everyone have a work satisfaction....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
