Good to work in no.1 cement company of India. Lot to learn. In Many divisions there are opportunities to explore. Work environment is helpful. Training sessions conducted frequently. Company works on values.

Dislikes

So much employees in same role for long time. No career growth in terms of designation, responsibility, accountability. Hiring from outside of company.
