Absolutely nothing, they hired me as contract employee and then proceeded to treat me like an intern, poor infrastructure, terrible management, extremely late payments

Poor management, poor infrastructure, and terrible and late payment system (for "contract employee")

Work Details

9 hours of working, typical Indian mindset company, don't wanna pay employee but want them to slog like it's thier own company weird entitlement from the employer

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
