The management is friendly and approachable. Inspite of the pandamic, the salaries were paid in full though delayed. The overall culture among the teachers is healthy.

It is important that due acknowledgment is given to deserving person instead of just one person trying to project it's a one Man show. Divide and rule policy has never worked and will only lead to a unhealthy work atmosphere. It will be nice to get a little human touch to the job.
