There is no job security no career growth, and the work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14- 16 hours straight in a night as I have to work in night and sometimes late into the morning. Manager do not value an individual unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time. And they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisal. Also there is no management all time they treat like a labour. There is no rotational shifts I joined one year ago till the timei am working in night shift only....Read More
