1.No professionalism (you will observe that in everyday behavior) 2.covering up every mess up in the name of "being a startup" 3.Top management is a joke except some, and that ruins the work environment for so many teams 4.Lack of clarity,even at the top management level, which builds up undue pressure on the teams underneath
