In Q.A. & Q.C. DEPARTMENT, MANAGER is have no skill and not proper training given to any new Joiner. Only she is responsible if Biotech vision care Pvt. Ltd. Khatraj plant will be closed due to less manpower no one wants to work under her and left jobs only because of her. I am also searching another jobs because I am also working under her. She is insulting new Joiner in front of all and work load dumping without giving training. Very cheap behaviour. Like uneducated,low class and never take any responsibility on her.
