The company is open to innovations and readily adopts to market changes. High quality product range.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor, mangers do not value an individual's and are jealous of there colleageus personal growth, many a times suggestions given have to be taken back has manager had a very ultra high ego and which ultimately effected business.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as u have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution cycle as well as day to day yeild operations.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
