1. Worst organisation to work for. 2. There is no occasion where you can say this position is going to give you some learning or development which you can utilise for your future jobs/assignments. 3. Worst management which is handled by a false-claimed scientist who knows nothing about any real invention or business or employee handling. 4. Developing defective products with very high prices to get all eggs at once as anyway they know that a few years are remaining of their life to live. 5. They can be fooled very easily with any information they found against the performers. 6. Majority of local employees are very expert in back-stabbing the outsiders. 7. No real R&D, just using old parts and convert a new system which nowhere works. 8. Hiring low grade managers to remove performers. 9. Very high level of internal politics. 10.
