Overall experience in the company is quite satisfactory. Salaries paid in full during the pandemic. Decent work environment If you are performing job security is there. Being a start-up there is always an opportunity to grow. If you love your job their is always work satisfaction. Management is supportive and the company policies are strict for non performers which you can expect in a stratup.

If it is 5days working productivity will increase Sometimes bit stressed work environment.

The Biosciences team are always supportive. They will be available to brief new joiners and the existing team about the products. His team is the strength of the company. Good decision taken from the management to relieve the employees who are incapable and not working. Employees are always appreciated for their hard work. Though it is a startup, the company has policies and procedures setup for smooth functioning of all the departments. Employee satisfaction survey was done from the HR department and the survey results shared was employees found to be satisfactory at the workplace with all the job necessities....Read More

employees have been given lot of freedom that they are misusing and misguiding. Employees feel comfortable being with their mindset of people but they call it groupism where employees do not understand that HR is also a human.

Founder was removed unlawfully and in court cases, There is no proper work culture, no proper hiring , random hiring leaded to removal of 50+ sales people. There is no supply chain management system Or process followed which leaded to unwanted expenses. There is no urgency to generate the revenue for the company and investors were pumping in the money and spoiled the company without plans. Hmm, the sad side is despite of having an amazing mentorships and really prestigious CAP table the company was not able to capitalize the momentum of turning the prototypes to mass produced products which were even not minimally viable to be launched commercially. Great company to associate yourself for a long term. But to have a growth you need to be a performer. Great team, great manager focus on learning I like the work culture and the environment I observed all employees are equal and workflow is also good. The work pressure is not much but sometimes during the month end. Team members are helpful and easy to coordinate.

I do not have a negative feedback to give. What I feel in my 15 years of career you have to perform if you have to survive in any company. No free meals are encouraged in any company.

The company has unique products. As this is a startup the management is taking decisions due to covid. The policies have been implemented and have been followed by the employees for a fair, open and transparent work environment. Performance has been assessed based on the KRA's set by the department heads and as per the objectives ofthe company. During the situations like covid, the employee's were paid full salary.
