No work life balance is their, 6 days working days per week, and above associate Manager 5 days working days this shows disparities between employees low and high, they will show we are good conducts various intiative but only for show case reality is different. Do not respect employees to complete the tenure who is very is close to retirement and asking to leave just for 11 months to complete after spending contributing 13 years on my life to Biocon. Top Management after 2020 is very poor and has no ideal of Business Sense.
