1) Poor growth for bench level scientist both as monitory as well as designation wise . 2) Gratuity added in CTC & it'll not be given during fnf also ( if not completing 5 years) . . 3) Bonus component added into CTC , & if you resign before the appraisal cycle which is 1 quarter of the next FY , then you'll not get you bonus amount ( which is included in CTC ) . 3)

Micromanagement, Policies about promotion, No salary corrections for old employees, they r hiring freshers with high packages. So employee working in company for 4 years is having package equal to freshers.
