Major focus of this company is in document collection from employee & no proper recruitment planning. Once they take you take you, then decide where to plant you & HR policies are not employee friendly. No planned recruitment. No proper induction. Worst HR manpower & worst employee treatment to new employees. They just show they care for their employees & do all the circus in the world to show they care for employees, but nothing like that.
