Decent facilities, most employees were friendly and helpful.

Work management- if you're lucky, you'll have a process, if not, then you'll be on bench for months, if not a year. One of the two HR thinks she's better than the employees and has yelled at them on several occasions. They promised me a raise in January 2025 but somehow magically couldn't find a process for me and had to relieve me of work in December. Just one month before the supposed increment. I enjoyed my team here. Wonderful place for freshers, less pressure. There's lot of freedom unlike other companies. Colleagues are helpful, leaders and other management team are approachable. I had to leave due to my studies otherwise i would love to stay here and contribute towards the growth of the company.

All I can say is continuous night shift can be challenging, still it's a great opportunity to collaborate with international clients

1. No micromanagement at all also no politics 2. Helpful leads and manger. If you need help you can reach out to team leads, even sometimes manager helps me out if I stuck anywhere. Company has always provided me the platform to grow and has always considered my efforts. I have worked in various organisations but here the salary is always on time. Company gives employment opportunities to freshers and recognizes the talent. Always welfare of employee is considered and insurance is provided to employees. The team bonding is good.

The company is technologically advanced. It makes employees life very easy right from payslips to HRMS everything is online, yet that human touch is always maintained.
