Had joined here for the Period of 3 months, yes very short tenure as Team Lead in operations Bank reconciliation, Which is Managed by Pramod Purshotham (Non sense Person ) . who does not have the Skills of people Management and Leadership skills. He unnecessarily keeps on nagging staff for no reason with his micro management way ofworking . Many of the staff are unhappy the way things are being functioned at the BillDesk.
