This company has serious issues. Sometimes shady! The leadership team is driven by ego and certain individuals are accused of creating a toxic environment through favouritism. The work culture is disrespectful and chaotic with many incapable employees resistant to automation in fear of loss of jobs. Appraisal and Bonuses are withheld for longer durations testing patience of employees every year no matter if they are fighting personal battles or are in debt already. This compared to market standards set them 2 years behind from their peers in growth even if they both joined at the same time. If you are hired for operations please be aware that you will not be able to crack any interviews further in life keeping you trapped here.
