Additionally, our dedication to innovation is a key part of our culture. We regularly organize knowledge-sharing sessions and discussions on topics like AI to facilitate continuous learning and growth. I'd like to clarify that we haven't experienced any mass firings at BigStep. In fact, we take pride in our strong retention rate, and many of our team members have been with us since the inception of the company. We see our team as a family that grows and succeeds together. Further, We are committed to fostering a harmonious work environment and actively discourage behaviors that may disrupt the collaborative culture we're building. Additionally, In our efforts to create a well-rounded work experience, we organize events such as Fun Fridays, celebrations, and team lunches.
