Work Culture, Growth, Learning Opportunities are very good at BigStep. Very friendly nature towards everyone of managment. Take Care of employees and flexability in working hours. I liked technology learning and knowledge sharing sessions there. thank you to my manager for givinig me good opportunity to learn programming concept. Good Kick start to my career

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
