Caution: Unstable and Unprofessional Workplace I worked at this company from November 30th to October 14th as an intern, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. I dedicated myself fully, completing every task assigned to me, regardless of how challenging or unclear they were. Despite my hard work, I was let go for vague reasons. After connecting with former employees on LinkedIn, I found that this pattern of behavior is all too common. The work environment is unstable, and they pay significantly below industry standards. The company lacks clarity on what kind of candidates they want, as there’s no structured assessment during hiring. Yet, they are quick to terminate employees over minor mistakes. This lack of direction makes it incredibly difficult to thrive or grow. If you’re serious about your career, I strongly advise avoiding this company.
