MANAGEMENT IS VERY POOR WITH COOPERATION, SENIOR TALK RUFF & THEY INSULT FRONT OF YOUR STAFF, RUFF TALK WITH ABUSE LANGUAGE. EVERY AUDIT YOU WILL GET SHORTAGE.THAT WILL DEDUCT FROM YOUR SALARY, DO NOT TRUST ESPECIALLY ON HR. FOR WEEK OFF YOU HAVE TO STRONG EXPERIENCE IN EXCUSE THEN YOU CAN TAKE. THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU LEAVES BUT NEVER GET THOSE LEAVES. YOU WILL FOUND VERY FEW PEOPLE ARE OLDER AT BIBA .IF YOU SURVIVE IN BIBA YOU CAN SURVIVE EVERYWHERE.
