No security on job. No one to help when we are in trouble from manager . Seniours dont heard our voice they only listen what manager say . When we talk to senior then we gets transfer . No kindness in this company .we have no right to talks to company owner.

Biba apparels is very good company but seniors of biba is not good due to covid 19 they do not company her staff even they terminate some staff from their MBO counter & says we will call you back, but they don't call. For example me I am so much suffering for searching the job , that's it. Biba is awesome company I learn so many things from biba, its very good but senior not, they change their thinking with time to time so I request peoples if they want join biba with thinking because they change their mind with time to time......Read More
