I can write point , please go through it to save your life ( Read it very important) 1) for everything you need prior permission expect toilet 2) Even if u are CEO what Bindra says will be final , and that's it so ultimately u don't have any descision of urz own 3) Who does Chatukaretia of Bindra is who can command other 4) No goodappraisal , No good working culture ,No help from anyone 5) Everyone in organisation things that u should do their work 1st and when ur turn come for help no one will help 6) HR doesn't listen to you , it's ur manager rather i will say damager 7) Work life balance what is that in Biba , Biba u are just a servant who needs to present all time , u can't have ur life 8) U ask a leave next day they will taunt u , idiots 😂 all have came from same background same mentality they can't survive anywhere expect this Jhatu Biba 9) believe me during covid if fell ill and manager wanted me to come next day so that work can be done , ultimately u be there or not u are well or not they won't care whats the concern is basically that please do work at any cost 10) Manager , management , college all are same fish they won't help u at all believe me one of worst company to work in Just a wind up , Please my suggestion in BOLD DONT GO THERE leave anything they offer let them.offer u 1cr don't go ur life will be hell , u will just be servant , and this is in reference to Gurgaon Headoffice of BIBA and Rangriti...Read More
