This company is so good like previous company, focus on fast safety on every place. This company has job security, we are working in team work challenging the challenges, fun, friendly.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. career growth is slow. Learning opportunities are available but inaccessible. Salary structure is bad. Same employees got salary access as compare to their work, designation.

Company is a to good and employ skills are improv. High technology machine here in bhushan plant.

Dislikes

Hsm,Bof and sms area is neat and clean but some areas are dirty & dust full just like Coco van and Blast furnace and others.
