I like it but I was in wrong dept. Dept's are good, but packing dept is worst.

The great team work and supportable management. Plant head, Directors are very supportive and treat us like a family members. Skill development and learning opportunities are there. Finally the great work culture and supportive management is there to guide and motivate.

Some of the culprits are spreading negative on the team and company. Those persons need to open there eye and learn how to grow with the management.
