Nothing. Only torture, embarrassment, insult , mental sickness, unwanted pressure and demotivation is what the company gives.

The company culture is very toxic. HR tries a lot to organize useless events on all the festivals to show off on social media to post photos and videos. But the reality is there is no respect in this company. The management only loves money and they can do anything, demean anyone for the sake of money. Employees are treated extremely inhumanly here. Everyone feels that yelling is how the work can be done. This thing flows down from the management in company culture. If anyone joins this company the person will need mental counselling in the first month itself because the environment will demotivate anyone upto the level of depression. My suggestion will be if you get few rupees less anywhere please opt for that job because all the self respect and work life balance will be traded here and there will be increment given every 2-3 years and that too peanuts and after embarrassing you and demeaning you.
