Environment is good. Politics is very high in bharat heavy electricals limited.

No one is care for apprentice. And anyone not about for the knowledge of his/her branch related. All employees are doing own work and not give any knowledge of apprentice. No stipend is good for apprentice bcs some apprentice are comes to very distance to bhel. i m not learning anything from Bhel. Apprentice is like that a pion worker only in bhel, like a scrap So bhel not growing. And corruption is more in there....Read More

When am join in bhel i got place in gas turbine assembly area .. I see each and every part of gas turbine and operation , testing...
