While my overall experience at Bharti AXA Life Insurance has been positive, one area of improvement could be streamlining certain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time spent on administrative tasks. 1. Work-life balance is horrible. All Saturdays even some Sundays are declared as a normal working day in every month. 2. Time & discipline rules are not applied for every employee. 3. Any one can violate co. rules & etiquette if he/she does business. 3. Late night culture. It hampers personal life. 4. Behavior of seniors is not same to every sub-ordinate. The company wants to push some products which aren’t as good as the competition and the Team leaders can be a bit abusive in calls.
