What I enjoy most about working at Airtel is the dynamic environment and the constant opportunities for growth. As a Territory Sales Manager, I get to interact with diverse clients and develop strategies to meet sales targets, which keeps me challenged and motivated. The company's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction aligns with my own professional values, making every day rewarding.

Dislikes

While I enjoy working at Airtel, one of the challenges I face is the high level of pressure to meet targets within tight deadlines. In sales, the competitive nature can sometimes be stressful, especially when dealing with multiple clients and managing different territories. However, I see it as part of the industry, and it pushes me to improve and develop better strategies for success.
