Everything. They have third parties like tech m, diversified, ats and they are not companies. They are slaughter houses. And airtel know everything still they don't care. They have kept them intentionally so that indirectly they can sick the blood of their employees.

Not a single good word for airtel. All politics. Hr Head also Dumb. How can a HR Head Insult a person infront of everyone. if that is not your fault with proof showing after that you get the warning letter. Hr Name Arun Shankar. Very bad sense of humour... No one supports in Kolkata very bad culture. Also working 5 year same companyin Delhi that is good place of work but kolkata is very bad. Recently an accident happened in Indore City. 1 engg died by electric shock. After that they show us that we are not maintaining the safety rules. At first the engg died he was working on our fat box with a telescope ladder, and the box is 14 feet high and near of electrical transformer. Airtel totally blamed the engg for not wearing safety glubs etc. Actual reason for this incident is 1.Why the box is 14 feet height. 2.ladder also not support after 8 to 9 feet. 3. Why box is near electric transformer. Need to think why always a rich person is getting more rich And poor is getting more poor....Read More

There is no problem working here. They provide very good training. There is no problem. You can learn everything well and increase your knowledge

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

I joined as Off-roll at 21000 in dec 2021 and still no promotion no roll in 2025 salary 25200 . Such much of politics NEC 2nd Floor NOC Manesar , whoever joined after me is promoted to ON Roll due to office politics.

Work culture is worst, that's why company is hiring all the time, Hr's are not supportive not even ZSM's No work timings. In summer's they tell to start your day at 5 am
