1. No fixed working hours, hence if I am done with work can leave. 2. Multiple events 3. Annual Leave count is higher than most of the MNCs.

1. No training support. 2. Induction is also not good. 3. Inside office politics in regional office. 4. NOT a CORPORATE setup. 5. If you are done with work you can go home, but people with come upfront say things like "half day?" or giving looks.

Politics, HR team is Partial, they do not respond properly. Salaries are very less. Even HR recruits people and due to the Brand name hires employees at negative hikes. They dont care for career and growth of employees. Even functional heads are DGM -17 yrs of exp and just Diploma holders having no knowledge. No one supports in Kolkata very bad culture. Also working 5 year same companyin Delhi that is good place of work but kolkata is very bad. Recently an accident happened in Indore City. 1 engg died by electric shock. After that they show us that we are not maintaining the safety rules. At first the engg died he was working on our fat box with a telescope ladder, and the box is 14 feet high and near of electrical transformer. Airtel totally blamed the engg for not wearing safety glubs etc. Actual reason for this incident is 1.Why the box is 14 feet height. 2.ladder also not support after 8 to 9 feet. 3. I joined as Off-roll at 21000 in dec 2021 and still no promotion no roll in 2025 salary 25200 . Such much of politics NEC 2nd Floor NOC Manesar , whoever joined after me is promoted to ON Roll due to office politics.
