It was good in initial days but since a year it has become hell, some useless and illogical people have got wrongly promoted.

Dislikes

Politics everywhere which is driven by leadership, you will never get to see higher management (so called leaders) ,not a good option for the people who are coming from MNC based company. If you are technical there will be no value of you untill and unless you are a people manager & know the trick of making line manager happy. Specially mostly EM's are non-tech and they are called " Engineering Manager" 😂...Read More
