Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

1. No fixed working hours, hence if I am done with work can leave. 2. Multiple events 3. Annual Leave count is higher than most of the MNCs.

1. No training support. 2. Induction is also not good. 3. Inside office politics in regional office. 4. NOT a CORPORATE setup. 5. If you are done with work you can go home, but people with come upfront say things like "half day?" or giving looks.

Politics, HR team is Partial, they do not respond properly. Salaries are very less. Even HR recruits people and due to the Brand name hires employees at negative hikes. They dont care for career and growth of employees. Even functional heads are DGM -17 yrs of exp and just Diploma holders having no knowledge. After I met with an accident, the then H.R. Manager was very good, but then, I don't know what happened to Him. His replacement was the most terrible person that I had met, like Ever! I had to quit the company in view of that a-hole of a "person". A scumbag, in total Reality! Mr. banajit ojah- that GOD forsaken a-hole!

There is nothing to like about airtel

There is a lot of corruption in airtel their distributors force you to give them 25% of your salary just to work peacefully, I reported to my manager but he didn't support me,he told me make a settlement with distributor, I reported to my HR and she informed my senior managers like zsm,zbm but unfortunately they are also silent , so I have to give them my 25% of salary and work there like a slave.

Everything was useless, a very terrible experience. HR will only pick up your call at the time of joining, but never after that. They don’t even reply to emails. It took them 6 months to process my full and final (FNF) settlement, despite me sending multiple emails daily for those 6 months. A very pathetic company.

Not a single good word for airtel. All politics. Hr Head also Dumb. How can a HR Head Insult a person infront of everyone. if that is not your fault with proof showing after that you get the warning letter. Hr Name Arun Shankar. Very bad sense of humour... No one supports in Kolkata very bad culture. Also working 5 year same companyin Delhi that is good place of work but kolkata is very bad. Recently an accident happened in Indore City. 1 engg died by electric shock. After that they show us that we are not maintaining the safety rules. At first the engg died he was working on our fat box with a telescope ladder, and the box is 14 feet high and near of electrical transformer. Airtel totally blamed the engg for not wearing safety glubs etc. Actual reason for this incident is 1.Why the box is 14 feet height. 2.ladder also not support after 8 to 9 feet. 3. Why box is near electric transformer. Need to think why always a rich person is getting more rich And poor is getting more poor....Read More
