I have over all 8 years of experience. Too much work pressure. Even your holiday somebody will be call to provide work. You have to be 24*7 ready to work mode. They have rating system in PLI . Mostly employees are getting 3 with 4% increment and for rating 4 they will cut 30% of your pli also. Such a bad things are going on Airtel.You have to be a good boy of your manager.
