Airtel's Policy is not that bad.. Nice office space and Ambience make you Glad :-) You have the freedom to play your part if you know the tricks you are the smart !! Perks like free d2h, broadband and Postpaid somehow your happiness get repaid :-) They have good budget to hire Ofcourse they don't hesitate to fire ! So !! If you don't fit in the politics game Resign before they target your name :-)

I have worked for Network Vertical, and the review might be different for other verticals. 1. Office Politics and Discrimination 2. Micromanagement 3. Biased Manager 4. Discrimination in WFH, some people are "Damad" for all over the year, and some have to come 5 days office whether the work is the same 5. Rude and Negligence behaviour to Third Party vendor people who seats in the same bench 6. No proper Tech Culture, put an AI tag behind everything, inside the product only if and else. condition. 7.
