The current work environment necessitates one individual to assume multiple roles, ranging from HR job to trainer, account manager, team manager, MIS, and everything in between. This results in an organizational culture that is primarily driven by fraudulent activities and deceptive practices. The company appears to be unconcerned with hard work and ethical conduct, instead focusing solely on presenting the desired figures to investors and securing investments. The means by which this is achieved, whether through fraudulent activities or false promises, are of little consequence. The office culture is rife with political maneuvering, with pleasing the boss's ego being the primary consideration for success. If an employee fails to satisfy the boss's ego, they may be subjected to harassment and other forms of mistreatment. Favouritism, bias, and office politics are also prevalent, and the HR department appears to be powerless in addressing these issues. The situation has had an adverse impact on all parties involved, from employees to customers, who are aware of the reality. The company has attempted to mitigate these problems through the use of a marketing team that employs persuasion tactics. The issue at hand is related to poor quality service and swipe machines, as well as fraudulent behavior by FSEs (Field Sales Executives) and management within certain companies. This has resulted in a poor reputation for these companies in the market. The first problem is with the poor quality of service and swipe machines being provided by these companies. This not only affects the efficiency of the business but also the customer experience. Customers who experience issues with these machines may be less likely to continue doing business with the company. The second issue is related to fraudulent behavior by FSEs who are selling swipe machines to bhelpuri walas, hawkers, and street vendors without their consent or knowledge. This unethical behavior is resulting in a negative reputation for the company in the market. The third issue is related to management's knowledge of the fraudulent behavior, but their failure to take any action. Ground-level employees are being coerced into committing fraud and achieving targets, while management turns a blind eye. This has resulted in a high turnover rate for ground-level staff and a lack of trust in the company's leadership. Finally, the manipulation and fraudulent practices have resulted in more than half of the customer base being fake. This not only harms the company's reputation but also its revenue and profitability.
