There is opportunity for growth. Sense of urgency displayed by management for achieving targets. Guaranty of job. Salary and benefits just good enough. Freedom to do independently for lower management officer's. Middle and top management on toes always.

Dislikes

Self declared champions, pretenders,pampered R and D, biased attitude of many, and also lack of planning and coordination is hurting business.

Working location is so good in all 3 companies and I would like to expected more salary but some companies given me a good salary and some companies no increments. For working and job settle company is only merck millipore. I never forget that company.
