Only Job security, Because no one has knowledge. They are only making fool to management.

Dislikes

Bad hr police. They conduct cricket tournament and when Hr Team not qualified for final then, Hr cancel tournament. And take and say if hr can't play then tournament cancel and noone can go again this decision of Hr head. There is politics present everywhere. Special Hr is not working like a Hr. They are treat everyone as a slave. You have to follow there order. No support from hr. That way no one want to work. Work culture is very bad....Read More

Job security is good. usually you will not be fired unless you do some big terrible mistakes. work life balance is also somewhat good.

Dislikes

The salary is very less, increment is also very low . Learning new skills are also difficult (as only few repetitive task is there to do). canteen food is worst.

Dislikes

Management is not good, No discipline. Management is fully dependent on operator, that's why every thing is between operator and higher authority. No values to Engineer, Sr. Engineer, Asst. Manager. Chargeable food, Chargeable Transportation, Nothing good for staff, that is they don't have fan also in extreme heat.
