BSV is being driven by PE firm from Feb 2020. Completely new leadership (Excom), very focused, growth based mindset, very clear 3x gowth in 5 year plan. Ample opportunity to grow, learn, experiment, setup new process. Exceptional exposure to leadership , their working style, clear thought process etc. Company has drastically changedfrom Feb 2020. 1. Some of the process are old, still paper based and lacks clarity. But they are in the process of change 2. Old Company policies were not at par with industry, but they have been revised recently. 3. Result oriented mindset, so some time Work pressure can be high for short duration

Flexibility with respect to wfh. Working hours are also flexible, you are accountable for ur work and not hours. Work smart and fast, 9 hours is more than enough to finish work
