BSNL gives the opportunity to learn innovate independent decision making. It has helped me to rectify systems in my own way. It has given me diverse technology to learn and work with. From transmission to switch , from battery power plant to cables , from administration to teaching. I am indebted to this company

Pay and perks is not decent . Since I take work load it has increased . I have to be present in diverse meetings even if subject is not under my control. I have rt I work more then 12 hours most of the time

As a large PSU in India, work culture differs from place to place. Overall, it is good.

Sudden VRS introduction for 50plus employees. A very sad event for me. Now How I can spend my next unspent period of service life is a matter ofconcern.
