Although BSNL had lost market share but not lost his reputation. There is availability of good young officers, through which I have made a good sales team and exceeded revenue targets.

It's a big organization but managed in an unprofessional manner. Here the only reward of hard work and talent is more work. Most of the times you have to bear the work load of inefficient workers. Learning opportunities are very less. It still works like a typical government department even after around 19 years of becoming a company.

Dislikes

Opportunities for higher learning and career growth are very less. Good work and talent is penalized with more work and inefficient and work shirkers are rewarded with no work. Attitude of higher management is totally unprofessional. Work is assigned without considering the output required and deadlines are often very unrealistic.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
