Poor promotions. Many of the Senior officers do not know how to write appraisal. Most of the time the soft nature officers are under rated. The review is itself is inadequate. Silent excellent performers are Sidelined. with all that the Enterprising Business peoples performances are awesome beyond all limitations and inadequacies. Entire industry appreciate them

I served in BSNL since 1985 and experienced many changes in my carrier i.e. from clerk to chief Accouns officer and enjoyed full by doing work on many new softwares from time to time

I dislike Government decisions which prevents BSNL's growth by non sanctioning new technology projects

It is a Govt owned company so govt intervention is on extreme level. ITS lobby is unnecessarily powerful and they only working for their benefits and it is a most corrupted cadre in BSNL. In any organisation if it want to survive then accounts and audit cadre must be independent and should not be kept under ITS cadre. Financial growth of a company is depends upon control of expenditure and proper utilisation of funds. It is central government PSU having 100% govt stake. In govt sector work less but it should be as per circular and rules otherwise official and officers concerned with file held responsible. Further in any decision it takes too much times to get approval of competent authority.However style of work depends on boss to boss. The job is very enjoyable and theme to work for nation
